The joint venture of İntes İnşaat and Fiba Real Estate wins the tender of Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Housing Development Administration's construction and sale of Bahçeşehir Mass Housing area in Istanbul in 2005. The sale of "Manolya Houses" project has started which is located on area of 25 thousand squaremeters with a 408 residences. While the construction and sale of "Manolya Houses" are on-going, model house of "Manolya Houses" opened to the visitors. The sale of 1+1 and 2+1 types of houses are completed.>>>

Girişim NPL Management started its operations to purchase the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) of banks and financial institutions to manage and reschedule the loans' payment plans in 2005.
