Fiba Real Estate initiated the construction of a residential project on an area of 38 thousand square meters in Mavişehir İzmir. The design and the concept of the project was completed in the last quarter of 2007. >>>

Anatolia Real Estate, which owns shopping malls in Adana, Konya, Gaziantep and Istanbul-Kartal, was acquired by Fiba Group in 2005 to create contemporary shopping malls in Turkey. The company was merged into Fiba Mall Management in 2007. >>>
Fiba Air was founded in August 2005 to provide private air taxi services for both domestic and international flights. >>>

The joint venture of İntes İnşaat and Fiba Real Estate wins the tender of Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Housing Development Administration's construction and sale of Bahçeşehir Mass Housing area in Istanbul in 2005. The sale of  "Manolya Houses" project has started which is located on area of 25 thousand squaremeters with a 408 residences. While the construction and sale of "Manolya Houses" are on-going, model house of "Manolya Houses" opened to the visitors. The sale of 1+1 and 2+1 types of houses are completed.>>>
Girişim NPL Management started its operations to purchase the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) of banks and financial institutions to manage and reschedule the loans' payment plans in 2005. Additionally, the Company manages a portion of the NPL portfolio which has been taken from the SDIF tender by RCT NPL Management ( a partnership of Fiba Group and Lehman Brothers). >>>
