The Company was established in 2005 with the purpose of taking over non-performing loans (NPL) from various banks and financial institutions, increasing market share by active and successful collection operation and operating in NPL sector in international markets through the"know-how" created and developed in local markets and decreasing cost of NPL operations within the Group by taking over Group's NPLs and centralizing the Group's collection processes. Collection service is also provided for the NPL portfolio acquired from Savings Deposit Insurance Fund by RCT NPL Management, which was established with the partnership of Lehman Brothers and Fiba Group.
