Fiba Real Estate was set up in 2000 to develop and undertake turnkey delivery real estate development projects that have a strong brand value, are creative in their concepts, comply with superior standards of quality, and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. The company's activities are focused on developing and undertaking turnkey delivery real estate development projects at high standards of quality with a professional team and in collaboration with its national and international solution partners.

In 2006, Fiba Real Estate completed "Fiba Life Rahat Yaşam Evleri" project in Istanbul, Çekmeköy which has 144 residential units located on an area of 22 thousand square meters. Fiba Life project includes many amenities like outdoor swimming pool, fitness center,a cafe, recreation areas, multipurpose sports field and minimum two space parking for each unit. Units were sold out long before the project's completion date and residents began moving in as of January 2007.

The joint venture of İntes İnşaat and Fiba Real Estate wins the tender of Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Housing Development Administration's construction and sale of Bahçeşehir Mass Housing area in Istanbul in 2005. The sale of 67% of "Manolya Houses" project located on area of 25 thousand squaremeters with 408 residential units has already completed. At the begining of June 2008, residents began moving in.

Fiba Real Estate initiated another project in Mavişehir, İzmir, which will be constructed on an area of 38 thousand square meters. The concept and architectural designs have been completed by architect Bülent Ergin Güngör from BG Architecture in the last quarter of 2007. The project consists of 7 blocks with 624 residential units in various types from 1+1 to 4+1designed to meet different needs and tastes. Indoor, outdoor sports areas, swimming pools, decorative pools, walking and jogging courses, recreation areas, playgrounds for kids and parking garage are also included in the project. Landscape design has been prepared by one of the world's leading landscape architecture company, Rainer Schmidt Landscape Architects. Construction of the project is planned to start in the last quarter of 2009.

Fiba Real Estate continues to work on the development of a project on an area of 440 thousand square meters in Ümraniye, Istanbul having approximatly 450 villas and a commercial area. The master plan and architectural projects are expected to be completed in 2009 .
